FAQ

Coverage & scheduling

How far from Idaho Falls do you travel?

Idaho Falls is our base, and the towns within about 20 minutes — Ammon, Lincoln, Iona, Ucon, Shelley and Rigby — are routine. We regularly run 30 to 55 minutes to Rexburg, Blackfoot, Pocatello, St. Anthony and the Fremont County communities. Mountain towns and the Magic and Wood River valleys are scheduled as planned project trips. Call (844) 954-6342 with your town.

Do you charge more for towns farther out?

Travel is factored into the written estimate, not sprung on you later. For the core East Idaho towns it's negligible. For a planned-trip area a few hours out, we bundle the drive into the project and often deliver your flooring early so it acclimates on site — which keeps our on-site days short and the trip efficient.

My town isn't on the list — can you still help?

Probably. The county and town pages cover where we work most, but if you're anywhere in East Idaho or the broader region, call and ask. We've installed and refinished floors from the Snake River Plain into western Wyoming over the years, so a town we haven't tagged yet is usually still within reach for a scheduled project.

How soon can you get out for an estimate in my area?

In our core towns we aim to be on site for a free measure within two business days, and we answer or return calls within one business hour. For the farther planned-trip areas we schedule the estimate around the project trip, or start from your photos and measurements so we can get you a written quote without waiting on the drive.

Don't see your town?

If you're in East Idaho, call and ask — we travel for planned projects across the region.
